Our client, a dynamic and innovative construction company, are seeking a senior legal counsel to join its established legal team based in Sydney’s CBD.
You will review and advise on construction contracts, working closely with the tender teams on negotiations, assessing legal risk along the way. You’ll work on developments / contracts worth over c.$100m and be confident to negotiate Australian standard construction contracts without supervision.
You will work within a team of lawyers with stellar backgrounds and have experience as a front-end construction lawyer at a reputable firm and/or in-house.
